Caring for the Caregiver – Resilient Community Schools

This course will provide an overview of the impacts burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma have on an individual’s well-being. Through radical self-care and collective care educators and administrators will be able to identify techniques to cope and to support a healthy work-life balance.
