Trauma Responsive Sonoma Part 2: Attachment at work

Date: May 8, 2024

Time: 2pm – 4pm

Location: Online

A virtual training series in partnership with Hanna Institute & Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos, Trauma-Responsive Sonoma (TRS) will build our community’s knowledge of the impact of trauma, early adversity, and stress on individuals, communities, and systems.

We'll grow our skills to use trauma-informed and trauma-responsive practices.

Trauma-responsive practices are those that seek to not only prevent re-traumatization but to build regulation and promote healing. These tools can be used in a range of settings, personal and professional.

Attendees will also gain access to our March series On-Demand via our attendee hub.

  • Define Complex Trauma (CT) and list 3 key areas it can impact
  • Explain how the ARC Framework addresses the 3 impact areas of CT, and relates to the Neurosequential Model
  • Discuss the key goals and components of Attachment in the ARC Framework
  • Explore attachment practices that can enhance resiliency at work
