A Sonoma County native and Sonoma State University alumna with a BA in Economics, Cristal previously worked as Program Manager for the Financial Stability Department at Sonoma CAN. There, she led a team providing rental assistance and financial literacy services to low-income families, while also designing programs and analyzing key metrics.
At Hanna, Cristal focuses on ensuring high-quality data for program evaluation and research. She is committed to understanding the community’s impact, improving processes, and fostering innovation to enhance efficiency and service quality.
In her free time, Cristal enjoys hiking, traveling, and staying current with new innovations.
