Joe is a proud Sonoma Valley native whose family has called Sonoma home since 1946. A Dominican University graduate with a degree in History, Joe discovered his passion for recreation as a high school camp counselor at Hanna Center’s summer camps. He later became Camp Director, pursued nonprofit work with YoungLife Marin, and served as Athletic Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma Valley.
Campus holds a special place in Joe’s heart—his mother worked at Hanna for 17 years, and it was where he first found his calling in recreation and community building. Now, he’s excited to carry on the legacy of staff who inspired him.
In his free time, Joe enjoys outdoor activities, athletics, music/AV, cooking, and woodworking.
