Actor Comedian Michael Pritchard Visits Hanna, Bringing Inspiration And Laughter

Earlier today our boys gathered in our auditorium to hear actor comedian Michael Pritchard deliver an extremely funny, inspirational, and very moving message: You Are Loved!

The actor who’s appeared on national TV shows and given voice to Star Wars characters has spent countless hours speaking to teens on topics of bullying, skillful communication, diversity, and conflict resolution. Pritchard also works tirelessly with veterans suffering from PTSD and traumatic brain injuries through writing and the visual and performing arts.

Our boys were held rapt as Pritchard talked of ganglife, violence and hurt, in a way that truly resonated with them.

We are extremely grateful to Bread & Roses who were instrumental in bringing Pritchard to the Hanna campus. Bread & Roses mission is dedicated to uplifting the human spirit by providing free, live, quality entertainment to people who live in institutions or are otherwise isolated from society.

Here’s an interview the Huffington Post did recently on Michael.
