Debbie Drummond

IT Manager

Debbie Drummond has been with Hanna Center since 1994, beginning her journey as a temp in the mailroom. She quickly advanced, managing donor acknowledgments, becoming a database administrator, and eventually transitioning to IT. When the facilities manager retired, Debbie expanded her role to oversee IT, phones, and facilities management.

A Santa Rosa native, Debbie moved to Sonoma in 1980, later spending five years in Grass Valley before returning to raise her family. Her connection to Hanna runs deep—her husband, Jim, worked at Hanna for 26 years, and their children and granddaughter have volunteered alongside the Hanna community.

Debbie’s dedication stems from her passion for supporting foster children, a cause close to her heart as a former foster parent. She values Hanna’s family-oriented culture and spiritual foundation, finding purpose in its mission and community impact.
