We offer a robust range of resources and programs from Follow On and Vocational Training to digital and real-world opportunities to stay connected with classmates, staff, and our network throughout the region.

Follow-On

Support at Hanna doesn’t end at graduation. Our Follow-On team walks alongside alumni as they transition into adulthood—offering guidance, resources, and encouragement every step of the way.

Whether it’s finding stable housing, navigating college or employment, or maintaining healthy relationships, the Follow-On team helps each graduate build on the growth they achieved at Hanna. We stay connected through regular check-ins, offer counseling and life-skills support, and ensure our alumni have what they need to thrive in the real world.

Vocational Training

Our Vocational Training program, in partnership with regional trade unions, delivers introductory training in in-demand job skills, with a defined pathway toward employment in entry-level positions across a range of trades and industries.
