Hanna Center in Sonoma to co-host free suicide prevention event

In recognition of September being Suicide Prevention Month, Hanna Center and the Sonoma County Department of Health Services’ Behavioral Health Division will co-host the annual Connection is Prevention event this month.

The free event, open to all ages, will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, in the Hanna Center auditorium. It is part of a countywide initiative to connect families with local behavioral health resources while highlighting the power of community in preventing suicide.
