Carmen Hernandez has been with Hanna Center since 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for supporting youth. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, she holds a BA in Psychology from Sonoma State University and an AA in Business: Human Resource Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College.
Her journey in youth services began in 2008 at Bellevue Elementary School’s afterschool program, where she discovered her love for helping children succeed. At Hanna, Carmen has worked across various roles, including Residential, School, and Clinical support, gaining a deep understanding of the organization and the clients it serves.
Carmen values her role at Hanna as part of a larger mission to be a role model for those who need it most. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and creating projects with her Cricut.
