Claudia Farias Vera, a Sonoma native, first joined Hanna in 2018 as a Youth Counselor. After a year, she decided to explore opportunities to gain more administrative experience. In 2023, Claudia returned to Hanna as a People Operations Generalist, proud to contribute to the organization’s mission in a new capacity. She holds a BA in Psychology from UC Merced.
Hanna’s mission deeply resonates with Claudia, aligning with her values and bringing her a strong sense of fulfillment. Knowing her work indirectly supports diverse populations—such as students at Hanna Academy and participants in therapeutic programs—drives her passion to make a meaningful impact every day.
In her free time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her dog, family, and friends.
