These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the Hanna Center Paris Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and all decisions of Hanna Center, which are final and binding.
1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hanna Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 17000 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA 95476 (Tax ID: 94-1156478). The Sweepstakes prize has been generously donated by a private supporter of Hanna Center. No organizational funds will be used to cover the cost of the prize. Accordingly, 100% of the proceeds from this sweepstakes will directly benefit the Hanna Center Priority Program Needs Fund.
Hanna Priority Program Needs Fund
Hanna Center is committed to addressing and healing traumas for the community through our programs and resources. Our programmatic needs fluctuate as we stay nimble and flexible in an ever-changing environment. Your support of our Priority Program Needs Fund will assist us in covering direct and indirect program costs that may arise over time.
Your generous contributions will support direct and indirect costs of these programs such as the following: costs associated with student scholarships, equipment & supplies, compensation, outreach, safety and security measures, program materials, program support, food services, research and evaluation, technical data and resources, media, facilities maintenance and repairs, fuel, water and other utilities and other operating or Infrastructure needs directly related to one or more of Hanna Center’s programs.
2. Eligibility
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Entrants and their guest must each be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid passport with at least six (6) months remaining after the intended travel dates. Employees, board members, officers, and immediate family members of Hanna Center are not eligible. Void where restricted or prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on November 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 31, 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. Methods of Entry
a. Donation Method of Entry: Eligible participants may enter by making a donation to Hanna Center during the Entry Period through the official campaign page. Each donation tier will generate the following entries:
- $25 donation = 1 entry
- $50 donation = 3 entries
- $100 donation = 7 entries
For donations above $100, the number of entries will continue to increase proportionally at the same rate. The more you give, the more entries you’ll receive, in keeping with the established donation-to-entry ratio.
b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without donating, visit www.hannacenter.org/amoe or mail a postcard with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email to: Hanna Center – Paris Getaway Sweepstakes, 17000 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA 95476. Each valid email and mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner and one (1) guest. The prize consists of:
• Five (5) nights’ accommodations in a private one-bedroom apartment located at on Rue du Verneuil, Paris, France. Cleaning fees included.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Subject to availability; dates to be mutually agreed upon between the winner and host. Winner and guest are solely responsible for travel documentation, meals, transportation to and from prize accommodation, incidentals, and all additional expenses not listed above. Approximate retail value of prize is $5,000. Hanna reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of necessity.
6. Selection Process
Grand Prize winner will be selected using a computer-generated random selection method to ensure each drawing is completely random. Winner will be notified by email and phone. The selected winner has 48 hours to respond before a new winner is chosen.
7. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes valued over $600, Hanna Center will issue an IRS Form 1099.
8. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hanna Center, its employees, directors, agents, and donors from any liability, loss, or injury arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize, including travel-related accidents, injuries, cancellations, or losses. Winner and guest assume all risks associated with travel or use of the prize accommodations.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
10. General Conditions
Hanna Center reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Entries that are incomplete or noncompliant are void. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sonoma County, California. All decisions made by Hanna with regard to the sweepstakes are final.
By entering, the winning entrant agrees to the use of their name, image and likeness by Hanna on the Hanna website in connection with promotion of the sweepstakes and/or Hanna.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used only for administration of the sweepstakes and in accordance with Hanna Center’s Privacy Policy at hannacenter.org/privacy-policy/
12. Winner List
To obtain the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hanna Center – Paris Getaway Sweepstakes Winners List, 17000 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA 95476 within 60 days after the close of the Sweepstakes.
