Services

Mental Health Center Services

The Center offers many resources for individual, family, couples, and group therapy.

We offer services from bilingual clinicians, with no waitlist. Our services cater to a wide range of individuals in the community. We support youth, provide grief counseling, assist the elderly, and offer specialized care for children ages 0-5 as well as maternal mental health. While our services are not free, they are priced affordably. We accept all types of insurance and continually scale our services based on the needs of the community.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a therapist to explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and support emotional well-being. We offer virtual and in-person sessions. We have many bilingual clinicians. All of our clinicians are clinically grounded in trauma care. We provide individual therapy to ages 5 and up, and our clinicians have varying backgrounds in different modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

Family Therapy

Therapy sessions involving family members to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships by addressing issues that affect the family system. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Couples Therapy

Focused support for couples to enhance relationship dynamics, improve communication, and work through conflicts or life transitions together with a trained therapist in either English or Spanish.

Group Therapy

Facilitated sessions with individuals experiencing similar challenges, providing a supportive environment to share experiences, gain insights, and develop new coping skills.

Bereavement Program

In partnership with the Sonoma Valley Interfaith Ministerial Association (SVIMA), Hanna’s Mental Health Center now offers bereavement services to support the Sonoma Valley community. Through their combined efforts, they developed a multi-faceted approach to bereavement, providing various levels of support, including grief groups, individual peer support, and specialized workshops.
