Join us for a special gathering to connect with new, existing, and potential CalAIM providers. Our goal is to plan for the future and discuss what we can do to help make these powerful programs sustainable.
During this FREE event, we will discuss resource connection and common challenges in the field, and explore ways to continue to sustain the CHW profession within organizations beyond grant funding. We aim to continue these network meetings to enhance knowledge of local resources and improve community referrals.
