The Leading Trauma-Informed Care Conference
Each year, Hanna Institute offers the Hanna Summit, an immersive, conference focused on learning and sharing new and proven approaches to trauma-informed care. Hosted in breathtaking Sonoma wine country and broadcast virtually, the event welcomes educators and school personnel, government staff, frontline workers, and clinical partners.
Leading TIC experts and attendees participate in interactive discussions and exercises focused on healing-centered practices and models of resiliency. Sessions are approved for education (CE) credits for participating.
Previous speakers have included Dr. Ibram X Kendi, Resmaa Menakem, Dr. Sandra Bloom, Dr. Kenneth Hardy, & Dr. Julian Ford.

We gathered to learn what we can do to support children from birth to age 18 who are homeless, undocumented, or involved in the foster system. Real-world strategies to shore up youth weathering the loss of home were shared and practiced.
