Self-Regulation For Workplace Communities
This workshop aims to inspire the participants to curate their personal mindfulness practice by demystifying meditation and movement. Through simple, tangible applications such as breathing techniques, visualization, and science-based research, participants can incorporate meditation into their daily lives to relieve stress and anxiety. Participants will identify inherent mindful practices and explore new strategies to strengthen and sustain their self-care routines.
