I was with Hanna for five total years, graduating in 2017. During my stay, I was fortunate to have many staff and peers who really believed in me and pushed me to improve. One major skill I learned at Hanna is time management which has helped me be productive since leaving.
Midway into his freshman year at Vallejo High School in 2019, Victor’s mom pulled him out, fearing for his safety after learning that he had recently joined a gang.
Rick Airaudi and his family began monthly donations to Hanna not long after Hanna was established in 1945. Rick’s father, Claude, started the tradition, which continues to this day.

the dedication, integrity, commitment and loyalty that collectively makes Hanna Center ‘home’ for so many.
In the book, “The Last Temptation of Christ,” there is a scene where the devil slithering like a snake goes up the back of the cross, out of view of everyone.

Jose is thrilled to have been accepted to the Respiratory Therapy Program at Skyline University, after waiting three years to win an available spot in their admission lottery.
Christian is a junior at Hanna Center’s High School and is celebrating two recent back-to-back wins, including earning his driver’s permit and securing his first part-time job at Ledson Winery.
“Hanna helped me learn how to persevere in school,” Angel says. “I lost some of what I learned when I first graduated, but I’ve been able to re-visit things that they taught me.
Hector was living in poverty and an unstable environment when he first entered Hanna Center. “I had to make changes in my life,” he says. “Hanna taught me independence and I learned more about my faith.
